1. Pricing & Taxes

All prices mentioned in the Tax Invoice are inclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and levies as per prevailing government regulations.

2. Invoice & Certification

Customers are requested to preserve the original Tax Invoice and Diamond Jewellery Certificate carefully. These documents are mandatory for any future exchange, buyback, repair, or service-related requests.

3. Exchange Policy

Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery purchased from Jiya Gems Lifestyle / Inayara Diamonds shall be eligible for exchange only within 1 year from the invoice date, subject to the terms mentioned below.

4. Exchange Valuation

• Exchange value shall be applicable on the diamond value only.

• 100% exchange value on the diamond value will be considered.

• Making charges, GST, and any discounts applied on the original invoice will be deducted during the final valuation process.

5. Exchange Validity

No exchange request shall be accepted after 1 year from the invoice date under any circumstances.

6. Quality Inspection

All jewellery submitted for exchange or buyback will undergo quality inspection and authentication by Jiya Gems Lifestyle. The company’s evaluation and decision shall be final and binding.

7. Non-Eligible Exchange / Buyback Cases

Exchange, return, credit, or buyback shall not be applicable in cases involving:

• Excessive wear and tear

• Physical damage

• Cracked or broken stones

• Missing components

• Alteration or tampering

• Resizing or modification

8. Buyback Policy

Jewellery buyback shall be applicable only within 1 year from the invoice date.

9. Buyback Deduction

A deduction of 15% on the diamond value shall be applicable while calculating the final buyback amount, as per prevailing company policy.

10. Refund Process

Any amount payable after final valuation shall be refunded only via:

• Account Payee Cheque

• NEFT / RTGS transfer

Refunds will be processed only in the customer’s registered name and may take approximately 7–10 working days.

11. Promotional Offers & Discounts

Any promotional offer, complimentary benefit, discount, or scheme availed at the time of purchase shall be adjusted during exchange or buyback valuation.

12. Customized Jewellery

Customized, engraved, altered, resized, or specially ordered jewellery items shall not be eligible for return or exchange.

13. Product Representation

Product images, weights, dimensions, and specifications displayed on catalogues, advertisements, social media platforms, or the website are for reference purposes only and may slightly vary from the actual product.

14. Rights Reserved

Jiya Gems Lifestyle reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or discontinue any Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

15. Limitation of Liability

The liability of Jiya Gems Lifestyle / Inayara Diamonds shall be limited solely to the value of the respective transaction.

17. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
